Sam Allardyce confirmed as new England manager on £3m-a-year deal.

The ex Sunderland boss takes over after a disastrous Euro 2016.  The experienced Premier League boss has signed an initial two-year deal to take up the post ahead of the 2018 World Cup qualifiers which England begin in September.
